• By accepting this quotation, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Scope of Work

  • This quotation includes only the materials, labor, and services specifically listed in this quote. No additional work, materials, or services are included unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Exclusions

  • Any items not clearly described in this quotation are excluded. This includes, but is not limited to: unforeseen structural issues, electrical work, permit fees, environmental compliance, shoreline modifications, or additional repairs discovered after work begins.

• Change Orders

  • Any work requested outside the original scope must be approved through a written change order. Additional costs and time adjustments will apply.

• Site Conditions

  • This quote is based on visible and disclosed site conditions at the time of estimation. Hidden or unforeseen conditions (including water depth changes, structural damage, soil instability, or obstructions) may require additional charges.

• Permits and Regulations

  • Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Materials and Availability

  • Material costs are subject to change due to supplier pricing and availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if necessary.

• Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the main quotation. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in project delays or suspension of work.

• Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, water levels, material availability, or unforeseen site issues.

• Warranty

  • Warranty applies only to the specific work and materials listed in this quotation. Damage caused by misuse, natural events, or third parties is not covered.

• Liability

  • The company is not responsible for damage to existing structures, utilities, or property not included in the scope of work.

• Acceptance

  • Acceptance of this quote constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. Work will proceed only after approval.
