Night Shift ~ Welding Crew Member

Trico Dock Company is hiring for a 2nd shift / night shift welder to weld dock frames.

This is not an entry-level welding position. We are looking for someone with real experience welding dock frames who can come in, work unsupervised, and get the job done without needing someone to stand over them throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• Experience welding dock frames is required

• Must be able to work independently and stay productive without supervision

• Must also be able to work well with others and in a team setting

• Must be reliable on evening / night shift

• Must be able to handle the pace of production and not wear down on shift

• The more experience you have welding dock frames and the better you are at working on your own, the higher your pay will be

At Trico, we offer very competitive pay and pay is based on experience. We have some of the strongest welder pay in our area for the right person, especially for someone who already knows dock-frame production, works well with the team, and can perform at a high level without heavy supervision.
